Clean Circulating LV DNA Kit
Magnetic bead based isolation of free circulating DNA from plasma or serum
The Clean Circulating LV DNA Kit is designed for high throughput and reliable isolation of circulating DNA up to 4 mL plasma/serum samples. This system combines CleanNA’s proprietary magnetic particles with a unique binding system that targets smaller DNA fragments.
The kits protocol is fully scalable and due to the use of our magnetic bead purification technology, can besides manual usage, easily be automated on liquid handling workstations (e.g. Beckman, Hamilton, Tecan, Caliper, Perkin Elmer, Agilent and Eppendorf). The procedure eliminates the needs for funnels and vacuum steps providing hands-free operation in automated protocols.
CleanNA‘s Clean Circulating LV DNA Kit enables high quality DNA to be isolated that is suitable for direct use in most downstream applications, such as qPCR and Next Generation Sequencing.
